LEGAL REPRESENTATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE U.S MILITARY IN NAS SIGNOELLA

An aggressive legal defense presenting logical arguments is key to gaining an acquittal. Every man is innocent until proven guilty. The prosecution wants to see you convicted and they will not cut back on their offensive. This is where the defense lawyer's skills come into play.

If you are an enlisted man or woman, you can end up losing more than just your honor if you get convicted on a criminal charge. You would also have to forfeit your privileges and your rank. You might also be jailed or receive a dishonorable discharge. Do not take any risk with your defense.

Joseph Jordan is a well-known military defense lawyer and he has successfully represented many enlisted men, abroad in their military crime cases.

He is a former JAG officer, and has served as an army prosecutor in Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood) and Korea.

If you hire Joseph Jordan as your UCMJ lawyer, rest assured that he will do his best to see that you receive justice. His deep knowledge and wide experience of UCMJ law will be your asset when he fights your case.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF NAS SIGNOELLA

Naval Air Station Signoella was established on June 15, 1959. At the time, U.S air capabilities were rapidly expanding and the U.S Air Base at Hal Far in Malta could not handle the extra load of aircraft, especially the P-2 Neptunes.

The air base at Malta could not be expanded, so the U.S managed to secure NATO's backing to develop a facility at Sicily. The Italian government signed an agreement with the U.S government to lease land temporarily.

NAS Signoella played an important role during the Libyan Crisis of 2011, especially during Operation Odyssey Dawn. The short distance to the country from NAS Signoella helped.

PRESENT DAY NAS SIGNOELLA

Apart from being an installation of the US Navy, NAS Signoella is also a NATO base and an air base of the Italian Air Force. Despite the U.S Navy being a tenant of the Italian Air Force here, the base is home to nearly 40 U.S commands and units.

A number of air craft fly from here including the C-17, C-5 and C-130 air lifters, KC- 135 and KC-10 tankers, U.S Navy C-2 Greyhounds, P-3 Orions, C-40A Clippers and more.

More than 4000 armed personnel, their families and civilian employees are stationed in NAS Signoella. The naval base actually contains two sections. NAS 1- the original base that is converted into a support facility and the NAS 2- home to the operations, the runways and the tenant commands.

NAS Signoella is also home to the American Forces Network- Signoella, a Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Naval Hospital, Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Detachment, Commander Task Force 67 and a P-3C Patrol Squadron.

The enlisted men in NAS Signoella consist of a mix of American troops, NATO forces and Italian Air Force personnel. Like all other military bases, the naval air base also witnesses the occasional crime. If you are a member of the US armed forces in NAS Signoella and if you have been charged with a crime, please make haste and contact NAS Signoella UCMJ lawyer Joseph Jordan.
