FIGHTING CRIMINAL CHARGES TO PROTECT YOUR NAME
Despite your honorable service to the United States, if you are convicted of a crime, you could face life-changing military penalties.
In addition to civilian penalties such as possible jail time, you may face specific military consequences, including:
- Rank reduction
- Pay cut or suspension
- Non-judicial punishment included in Article 15
- Discharge or separation
Just as honor is important to your reputation, protecting your honor and that of the military is important to our firm. Because of strict regulations and the inflexible stance that the military takes against any criminal offense, minor misdemeanors could spark severe repercussions against Airmen and Airwomen who are suspected of any type of crime. Combating the charges against you may be the only way to retain your military career, reclaim your good reputation, and continue to keep a clean record.
