Client was charged with over 20 specifications of domestic violence, 1 specification of rape, several specifications of sexual assault and a multitude of other charges. Essentially over the course of over four years our client was accused of sexually assaulting and violently abusing two alleged victims in particular. He was accused of sexually assaulting one of his girlfriends with a gun and separately with a taser. This was a hard fought, highly litigious case requiring an immense amount of defense investigation. Ultimately the defense’s hard work paid off and our client has no federal conviction for any sex offense nor does he have to register as a sex offender.
