Fraternization, Administrative Separation Board– RETAINED!! (E-4 – Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood))

Client was accused of committing adultery and violating a lawful order. This case started as a sexual assault allegation. The complaining witness alleged sexual assault and our Client was upfront and honest stating that it was actually adultery that occurred. He was trying to end the relationship knowing it was wrong, and the alleged victim opted to claim sexual assault instead. Our team conducted a thorough investigation and interviewed over 20 witnesses in preparation for this board. Client has many leaders and peers in his corner, and they put their credibility, integrity and Army values on the line when they testified on his behalf. Though, he committed the offense of adultery, he was RETAINED!
