Failing to Comply with Depot Order & Engaging in an Inappropriate Relationship with a Polee – Article 92 & 93a (U.S. Marine Corps v. E-5)

Western Recruiting Region, Texas Not Guilty!

Our client was a distinguished recruiter, who was meritoriously promoted 3 times with 4 certificates of commendation, and 3 certificates of appreciation. He found himself being accused by a disgruntled, estranged spouse of an inappropriate relationship with one of his applicants. These allegations were wholly untrue.

Through fact finding and thoroughness, we were able to prove to the chain of command that the allegations were patently false. The Commander of the Recruiting district found our client not guilty on both charges while stating, “As much as I hate private lawyers, yours was right.” The Marine has been fully reinstated and is back on mission. NOT GUILTY!
