(U.S. Army v. 0-4 – Fort Meade/Fort McNair)
On the eve of trial, this case was dismissed after almost two years of litigation. Client was charged with baseless allegations of domestic violence against his wife and daughter. Most of the allegations stemmed from our client’s time while he was stationed at Fort Bliss and later Fort Hood. Thru careful investigation, interviews and analysis of the case file, we prepared his defense. Our case developed to the point that we were able to directly refute every allegation made against our client in court should the need arise. Ultimately, the case was dismissed against our client because my client’s now ex-wife and daughter no longer wished to testify against him in Court. They stopped talking to the Government Counsel for almost a year leading up to the final trial date, further solidifying that the alleged victim and daughter were lying about their allegations.
Result: Case Dismissed!
