Client was accused by his stepdaughter of touching her inappropriately. He was also accused of forcing oral sex. The key to winning this case was showing the jury that the alleged victim could not accurately describe the scene of the crime. The alleged victim was questioned specifically on the description of our client’s genitalia. She wholly and completely described our client’s genitalia wrong. We called her mother to the stand to properly describe our client’s genitalia. Further, we investigated it ourselves prior to trial to be sure. We presented the accurate depiction of our client’s genitalia to the military panel. Finally, we called several key family members to show that the alleged victim was a liar. The result was the right one. NOT GUILTY!
