The BOI was held at NAS Jacksonville, FL. Our client was found guilty at the Non-Judicial Punishment (NJP) of Articles 92, 107 and 133. After the negative appeal, the client decided to take the last effort of going to a BOI versus retiring to prove his innocence and show that he should be retained in the Navy. At the BOI, Mr. Jordan and the military JAG highlighted the inconsistencies of the government’s allegations. All three charges were unanimously dismissed, and the client was retained!
