Ei Incumbit Probation Qui Dicit.

Proof lies on him who asserts, not on him who denies. The concept is that one is innocent until proven guilty. Regardless of what the law says about reasonable doubt, there is an unwritten presumption within the ranks of the military that if you are charged with sexual assault, then you are guilty. The stakes are your life! Your military counsel works for the same military that charged you. Consider that as you choose who represents you in your potentially life altering case.

Experienced USAG Ansbach Military Criminal Defense Lawyer for Your Defense

Being stationed outside the United States offers unique exposure and opportunities for servicemen and women. However, this posting can also result in several challenges especially when the military personnel require reliable legal aid. With security taking the spotlight in recent times, scrutiny in military bases within the U.S. and outside have been heightened immensely. Thanks to this, there is now a greater risk that an innocent serviceman or woman may come under suspicion.

Stationed outside the U.S., the military personnel are hard pressed to identify qualified defense counsel in time for their trail or disciplinary hearings. Joseph Jordan, experienced USAG Ansbach Military Criminal Defense Lawyer, serves military personnel both in the country and outside in installations like USAG Ansbach.

About USAG Ansbach

USAG Ansbach is a German base located in Bavaria at the foothills of the Alps. In 1991, the 87 th Support Battalion was officially designated as U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach. In November that year, it was re-designated and assigned to the VII Corps. Upon activation, the battalion came under the 99 th Area Support Group and was entrusted with the responsibility of managing base operations. Several such changes later, in 2009, USAG Bramberg and USAG Schweinfurt were aligned under USAG Ansbach.

Three U.S. installations make up this base in addition to a satellite installation. The primary mission of this establishment is to offer complete base support so that commanding officers can focus on training and combat readiness. More than 10,000 soldiers and their family members as well as civilians call this U.S. military establishment home.

This is the home base of the 12 th Combat Aviation Brigade which supports full spectrum combat aviation operations. The U.S. Army, joint task forces and others benefit from the support offered by this unit.
